Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 1 hour before the scheduled rental. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
3. Rental Agreement
Driver Requirements: All rentals include a professional driver provided by our company. Customers are not permitted to drive the rented vehicles.
Use of Vehicle: The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.
Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, towing, racing, or transporting hazardous materials.
4. Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: Our rentals do not include insurance coverage. Customers are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.
Liability: Royal Ride Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the rental period, except as required by law.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Personal Belongings: Royal Ride Services is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Behavior: Customers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers. Offensive or illegal behavior will result in termination of the rental without refund.
6. Termination and Modification
Termination: Royal Ride Services reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
